Together, with his wife Jeanette, they embellished the Brady family name to arrive at the unlikely yet likable name Beef 'O' Brady's. Regulars affectionately nicknamed it "Beef's." His love of sports inspired him to offer as many games as possible to his customers, so he invested in TVs and satellite dishes. Jim covered the walls with authentic sports memorabilia he had collected and graced his menu with an Irish Blessing that symbolized the Irish tradition of happy times. He dressed his tender wings with a tasty sauce he fashioned from his own recipe, tirelessly tinkering in the kitchen until he got it just right.
